Penny Luong is a photographer and rower located in Portland, Oregon. She began rowing in college and has never stopped. Many people do not get to see rowing up close either due to the early morning hours or the lack of race venue viewing. Penny seeks to bring that world to us. Her rowing photographs capture the intensity and emotion of the moment.
